Welcome to our organization. It is with great pride and pleasure that I address you today as the founder and chairman of this remarkable institution. Our journey began with a vision to create meaningful impact and deliver excellence in everything we do.

Over the years, we have built a foundation of trust, integrity, and innovation. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been the cornerstone of our success. We believe in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and embracing new challenges.

Managing Director’s Message (Ridwan)

An entrepreneur with financial acumen owing to his years of experience of working in the legal arena as lawyer of multiple private banks, finances, insurance and multinationals including Grameenphone. He the Grameenphone CHQ Project as Legal Consultant and conducted some of their major arbitration matters between 2007 - 2011. Mr. Hossain worked on legal matters of government authorities like Dhaka City Corporation, NBR and Chittagong Port Authority. During, his years of legal advisory services for the companies his understanding of the business and financial products and services deepened and it helped him pursue his passion for business through investment in startups and stocks. He always believed in disseminating his knowledge acquired at work for the betterment of the society as such served as an adjunct faculty of Business Law at the second biggest private university of Bangladesh, the Independent University, Bangladesh and LCLS from 2008 to 2012. The transition from full time legal practice to the world of business and finances during 2012-13 was motivated by the need to continue his family’s legacy in the finance and business sector of Bangladesh. Overseeing businesses in Agricultural mechanisation, Commodity Trading, Renewable Energy, Textiles Export, Ceramics and Real Estate has helped him learn the complex art of manoeuvring business enterprises in Bangladesh. For few years he served at the Board of the biggest Bangladeshi life insurance company, National life Insurance. Currently he serves as the Chairman of Board of Directors, National Life Insurance Securities and as the Managing Director of New Nation Group. He is also actively involved in financial and legal advisory services as partner in B-Legal and International Trade Management. He is involved in many social organisation including SC Club, Feni Samity and Nofel.
